So, Dan KlubbThank you so much for joining meMy pleasure, man. Thanks for the invite. Glad to be hereI mean, just for startersI'm a huge Redman TV fanI've been sincemaybe 2017OkayA little bit before me, I've been here fornearly five years nowSo yeah, a little bit before my timeBut yeah, it's a pleasure to do this jobI'll tell you thatYeah, I can imagine the dream jobMaybe just to start with thatYour journeyin the Redman family, how did it come about?Yeah, so I won't go intoall the details, it's quite a long storyI always wanted to bea sports journalist, that was always my dreamas a young lad growing upLiverpool fan, obviouslyand I always wanted, it was written journalismthen really, that's all that existedthis sort of stuff didn't happenpodcasts and YouTube and stuffbut that was always the aimand then I got a university place to dosports journalism, went to live in Australiacome backmeant to start university, got a jobin IT, did it for 10 yearsjust never leftand then during COVIDI had time to stop and thinkand I was like, why am I in IT? I don't like ITI've got no interest in ITso I started doing a little bit of journalism stuffstarted coming into Redmanjust as a guest, appearing on showsI remember that actuallyYeah, come in maybe 10 timesand then on one of the occasionswhere I came in, on the way outsomebody said to me, do you want a job?and I was like, yeah, I doso I quit my job that I was doing the IT stuffand then I started working hereand the rest is historyOh my god, this is how you should get a jobjust people listeningtake notethis is how you get a joband a dream joband the Redman storyis also kind of interestingthis is probably, for meas you know, maybe in Icelandbecause I'm from Icelandwe follow the Premier League a lotand it dividesinto two cultsManchester United and Liverpooland then the restYeah, I've been to IcelandI went to Reykjavík about 3 or 4 years agoyeah, I loved itand I saw a lot of Liverpool and Man Utda couple of Arsenal maybea couple of Chelseabut mainly Man Utd and LiverpoolYeah, then you have everythingthis is just like afor me, this is just like ain an Icelandic scalethis is a really big media outletYeah, we arebut we are the fan channelas you saidwe sort of live in a weird spacein a waybecause I've just been on the pre-seasonin the USso for 10 days therewe're a very well establishedsort of journalismentityand we are living like proper media peoplewhereas in realitywe are just nice to be niceultimatelyand sort of hospitableand welcomingand make surethat people have a good timethat's sort ofhow this city's been builtif you likein terms of the cultureand being acceptingof different peoplefrom different parts of the worldand stuff like thatso, yeahI'm glad to hearyou've experienced thatbecauseI like to think of Liverpoolin that wayYeah, andthis is actually whyI started
